| Crist Industries, Inc.
was incorporated in the early 1990’s following years of operation
as a family owned and operated business beginning in the early 1970’s.
Concentrating on the oil business, Larry and Celia Crist
grew the business by focusing on quality and innovative steel fabrication.
The early 1980’s saw a decline in the oil industry, and was the
catalyst for the Crists to begin redirecting efforts into the commercial
and industrial building markets. Finding success with their proven-quality
and innovative formula, the Crists have continued to grow
and excel in this fast-paced, exciting industry.
During the 1990’s, new and exciting technology emerged in steel
fabrication equipment and detailing software. With a commitment to lead
the industry, Crist Industries invested in Xsteel detailing software and
Peddinghaus fabrication equipment.
With fully-integrated computer-enhanced detailing and fabrication, Crist
Industries began unprecedented company growth. At the beginning of the
current decade, a new capital base for the company was provided and increased
management arrived as R. J. Phillips, Jr. and
K.C. Mann joined Crist Industries as Chairman of the
Board and CFO, respectively. Jim and K.C. bring a combined depth of business
and financial expertise representing over 50 years of experience.
Quality detailing, fabrication, and erection combined with industry leading
